  • Shipping Time: After processing, shipping times are as follows:
    • USA: 5-7 business days (Shipped from the US)
    • Canada: 5-7 business days (Shipped from Canada)
    • Europe: 5-10 business days (Shipped from within Europe)

Please note that reasonable delivery times are indicated above, and while we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., holidays, weather conditions, customs processing) may occur. If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are included in the price of your product. No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout, as shipping is already included in the total price.

3. International Shipping
We currently ship only to the USA, Canada, and Europe. Shipping times and costs for these orders vary depending on the destination.

4. Packaging Compliance in Germany
We are registered with the dual system in Germany for packaging compliance under the Packaging Act (VerpackG). This ensures that all packaging used for products shipped to Germany is handled in accordance with German recycling and waste management regulations.

5. Customs Fees & Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply for international shipments (outside of the US). These fees are set by the local authorities and are not included in the price of your order. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

6. Shipping Delays
