Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product you received is not defective or damaged, and you simply ordered the wrong size or no longer want the item, we will gladly accept returns. Please contact us before returning the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@vaelenciar.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue (wrong size, no longer wanted, etc.), and any photos if applicable. Once we confirm that the item is eligible for return, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the item is not defective. For defective or damaged items, we will organize the return shipping through our provider, as per Printify’s policy. Please contact us for return instructions if you have received a defective or damaged product.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@vaelenciar.com. We will provide you with the correct return address and ensure that the return shipping is organized by the provider. The return address will be provided by us after you contact us.

Please do not send defective items to our address in Germany unless directed by us. The return address will be provided by us after you contact us.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items that are used or worn, other than to try on for sizing
  • Underwear, socks, or intimate apparel (if applicable)

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within the following timeframes:

  • EU: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or being notified of the return.
  • US: Refunds for defective or damaged items should be processed within 30 days. Refunds for non-defective items will be processed in a reasonable time, typically within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Canada: Refunds for defective items must be processed within 14 days. For non-defective returns, we process refunds in line with our store’s return policy.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

7. Cooling-Off Period (EU)
For customers in the European Union (EU), you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your items, for any reason (this is in line with EU consumer protection laws). If you wish to return an item within this period, please contact us for instructions.

8. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item. We cannot guarantee that we’ll have the exact replacement in stock, but we’ll assist you in any way we can.

9. International Returns (US, Canada, EU)
For all orders, including those from Germany and international orders (outside of Germany), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the product is not defective. For defective products, we will organize the return shipping through our provider, as per Printify’s policy.

Refunds will be processed in the original payment method’s currency, and any customs fees or duties are non-refundable.

10. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed. After that, cancellations are not possible, but we will assist with returns if needed.

11. Consumer Protection Laws

This return policy is subject to applicable local consumer protection laws. For example:

  • If you are located in the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to return your non-defective items, as per EU Distance Selling Regulations.
  • For customers in the US, refunds for defective items should be issued within 30 days, and refunds for non-defective items are typically processed within 7 business days.
  • For customers in Canada, returns for defective items must be processed within 14 days, and non-defective returns are handled as per store policy.
